1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rs777 ("rs777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rs777 platform, including the website at rs777.bio, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any services, games, or features made available through the platform.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Deposits are generally credited to your rs777 account within the timeframes displayed at checkout for each payment method. rs777 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or network disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms
